Mr Bhattacharjee was very pleasant, provided a detailed explanation of the procedure & what I could expect to experience. After the procedure he explained the findings, showed me the photographs & told me when I would be reviewed. All in all an exemplary consultation!

The doctor was very pleasant from the offset. He made me feel very relaxed and explained everything in full before proceeding with the procedures required. Also recapped during the actual produced so I always knew what to expect next. Him and the nursing team made what can be seen as an uncomfortable situation, completely comfortable.

I was very anxious about the procedure before visiting the hospital. When I arrived for the appointment, Mr Bhattacharjee explained what would happen and the outcome possibilities. I explained how anxious I was and Mr Bhattacharjee totally put me at ease. The procedure was carried out efficiently (nothing like the horror story I had built it up to be in my mind) and the he regularly checked how I was feeling throughout. Mr Bhattacharjee spoke to me afterwards regarding the outcome. I would have no qualms about visiting Mr Bhattacharjee again.

Dr Bhattacharjee is an excellent listener and always greets me with a smile. Very personable and 'human' even though he evidently has year of expertise under his belt. During my pregnancy, I had lingering concerns about how my baby's development was progressing and I shared these concerns with Dr Bhattacharjee. He listened and trusted my maternal instincts and, without making me feel like I was just worrying for no reason, he recommended an additional growth scan at 28 weeks, even though all routine tests up until that point had been fine. Sure enough, my baby had previously been growing around the 50th percentile but had suddenly jumped up above the 90th percentile and then above the 95th percentile in a matter of weeks. Thanks to Mr Bhattacharjee, I was able to get the care that I needed and both myself and the baby have been monitored more closely. I have had to change my birth plan and have some additional tests but at least all the professionals helping me are aware of challenges that might occur during the birth, rather than being having to crisis manage unexpected, possibly frightening emergency situations. If you want to be treated as a human being: an individual person as opposed to a hospital number or just another name on a list, I would definitely recommend Mr Bhattacharjee. Especially if you are an expectant older mother (39!) like myself.

Very professional and friendly, Dr Bhattacharjee explain to me everything during the procedure and made me feel much better and confident. He spoke a simple English wich for me is very important as English is not my first language so I coud understand everything
